Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join Bar Antoine.

Chef Alleno is one of France's most celebrated and inventive chefs, holding seventeen Michelin stars across his nineteen restaurants. His work has been recognised by The World's 50 Best Restaurants, with Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris both reaching as high as twenty fifth place. Bar Antoine reflects his playful and expressive approach to Modern French cuisine, bringing together classic technique with London's rich culinary influences to create an exceptional and contemporary dining experience.

About the Role:

As a Demi Chef de Partie at Bar Antoine, you will work closely with our talented kitchen team to craft dishes that embody Chef Alleno's philosophy and creative spirit. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic and forward thinking environment, using outstanding ingredients and modern methods.

What You'll Do:

Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards Work closely with the Chef de Partie and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials Support the training and development of Commis Chefs

What You Bring:

Previous experience as either a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie within a fine dining environment A passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
