As a Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations. You will assist in preparing and presenting high-quality pastry dishes for lunch and dinner service. Working closely with our experienced culinary team, you will ensure that each dish meets our exacting standards and delights our guests.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastry dishes for lunch and dinner services Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety Oversee the kitchen during service, ensuring efficiency and smooth operations Assist with ordering and stock control to maintain kitchen inventory Train and supervise junior kitchen team members Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation

Proven experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment Experience in supervising a small team Strong organisational and communication skills Attention to detail and a passion for pastry Knowledge of ordering and stock control procedures
