We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef De Partie , you will play a vital role in the kitchen, ensuring that high-quality meals are prepared efficiently and in accordance with food safety standards. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
Follow food safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are met.
Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a kitchen environment or as a cook is preferred but not essential.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
