Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in the organisation and cleanliness of the kitchen, ensuring all areas are maintained to high hygiene standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices throughout the cooking process.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering when necessary.
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
