The Bower House team is growing, we currently have an opening for a passionate and experienced Demi/Chef de Partie.
We are looking to recruit for a full-time (Circa 48 hours per week) position.

About you
You have a love for food and your focus is on working with exceptional people and produce, in a relaxed environment.
As a Demi/Chef de Partie, your role is to carefully prepare our seasonal dishes in our beautifully equipped restaurant kitchen.
Working with likeminded team members you will be passionate about all aspects of food preparation.
A can-do attitude is a must.
Experience:
Line cook/CDP 1/2 years minimum
Demi/Chef de Partie - core responsibilities
To execute all dishes as per Head Chef.
To complete daily prep requirements.
To adhere to all relevant compliance responsibilities.
To be flexible and ready to help out where needed within the business.
To always ensure your section is kept clean and organised.
