Job Description
Lawrie Demolition is Aberdeen's oldest demolition company specialising in partial and complete demolition as well as reclamation and recycling.
Lawrie Demolition are hiring for
Demolition Operative
. Experience is preferred but Trainees will be considered as full ongoing training will be given to the right candidate.A driving licence is preferred but not essential.
As part of our team applicants will be expected to have a hands-on, can do attitude and be able to follow instruction as well as work under their own initiative. This is a physical role and requires a you to be comfortable working in and outdoors in all weather.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Soft stripping buildings
- Operating small power tools
- Operating small plant, if required
- Following all H&S Regulations and maintaining a clean and ordely site
This is a varied job with the ability to learn, develop and use many different skills as your employment progresses.
The job is based in Aberdeen but will occasionally involve working away from home for short periods. Accommodation and transport will be provided when this is necessary.
