We are currently looking for reliable and experienced
Demolition Operatives
to join our team on active projects inExeter and the surrounding areas
. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a solid background in demolition work who are looking for steady, well-paid work with a professional and safety-first contractor.Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out soft strip and structural demolition work Manual demolition using hand and power tools Assisting machine operators and working as part of a team Site clearance and waste segregation Following site health & safety protocols at all times Supporting other trades and general labour as required
Requirements:
Valid
CSCS Card
(essential)CCDO Card
(essential) Full PPE Experience in demolition or construction labouring Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a team environmentDesirable:
Asbestos Awareness Certificate (UKATA/NFCC) Face Fit or Respirator Mask Training Category B or C driving licence Own transport (advantageous but not essential)
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: 18.00-21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42 per week
Work Location: In person
