We're looking for hands-on, experienced CCDO qualified Demolition & Refurbishment Operatives who are skilled in demolition techniques, and passionate about executing complex projects safely.
Our Demolition Operatives carry out strip out, structural and non-structural demolition work, operating machinery and tools, and handling waste safely. You'll work as part of a team on interesting and sometimes challenging projects while maintaining rigorous safety standards and developing your demolition skills.

You'll ensure the highest standards of safety and attention to detail in your work to deliver exceptional results
Putting your training and knowledge to good use, for safe strip out, dismantling and demolition of structures, paving the way for refurbishment or new development
Never compromising on critical safety standards, ensuring all incidents and near misses get reported, and using your experience to continuously improve how we work and prevent future risks.
What You'll Bring:
Essential:
Current CCDO Demolition & Refurbishment Operative card (or higher)
Full driving licence and your own vehicle, or the ability to get to pick-up points/ sites in Oxfordshire, e.g. public transport
Proven experience in undertaking strip out, internal demolition, using hand-held and powered tools
You must be prepared to work a full 8 hour day with an hour break on top
Knowledge of H&S requirements and responsibilities; working safely is important to you
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including manual handling, use of hand-held vibrating tools, working at height
Useful:
Non-licensed asbestos removal training
PASMA Towers for Users
Vehicle marshal training
IPAF MEWP, or other relevant plant & equipment training
If you already have any of the above, that will set your application apart.
We'll provide any additional training needed for you to develop.
What's in it for you?
Full-time (40 hour minimum) permanent position
Shift typically 7:30am - 4:30pm. Additional hours are sometimes available, if the project requires.
Pay
up to 144 per day (18/hr), dependant on experience
