Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction-related skills and be comfortable working in various environments. This role is essential to ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The Associate will work collaboratively with other team members, contributing to the successful execution of tasks across different construction disciplines.

CCDO card required.

IPAF card and PASMA card desired but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Carry out demolition, dismantling and site clearance tasks as directed Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. Covering and protecting furniture and fixtures before work begins Laying temporary flooring and protection Breaking off render and plaster from ceilings and walls Assisting with general strip-out and demolition work Removing and clearing rubble and waste materials keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe Following site safety rules and wearing correct PPE Taking orders and instructions from supervisors and working well as part of a team

Skills

Strong ability to use hand tools and power tools with precision and care. Previous Experience in demolition or construction understanding of demolition methods and safety procedures Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and understand project requirements. Good attitude and strong work ethic
Travel may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 150.00-180.00 per day
