Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support across various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties
Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner
Assist with data entry and database management tasks
Support other administrative tasks as required to facilitate office efficiency
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-organised
Liaise with external suppliers or clients as necessary
Skills
Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
Previous administrative experience is highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
