dentalbox is a modern practice that has designed its protocols to include our patients in their treatment planning. Our first visit is designed to impart information to the patient about their dental health and build a trusting relationship. The patients are subsequently taken care of by the dentalbox team, each working in their preferred area of interest - ensuring our patients get the very best from us all.
The Clinic Administrator role is to underpin this process, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of patients and a compliant and profitable business.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning; including white space management, hourly rates and patient recalls & treatment conversion
- Coordinate with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction
- Supervise and train clinic staff, including trainee dental nurses (if experience allows)
- Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Create and manage rotas & annual leave
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ordering as needed
- Assist with financial management, including practice income forecast, budgeting and expense tracking
- Manage CQC and HR compliance with DCME
- Organise and Record Practice Meetings
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence as needed.

Requirements:
Please only apply if you have dental practice experience
- Proficiency in EXACT Software Of Excellence and/ or dentally and Microsoft Office
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Strong Dental Reception Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records and schedules
- Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role preferred
- Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed
