About 21D
21D is a rapidly growing healthcare provider specialising in digitally guided full dental implants, transforming patients' quality of life across the UK. With our headquarters in Birchwood, Warrington, we are proud to be recognised as one of the UK's 30 fastest-growing businesses. Under the leadership of our visionary founder and CEO, we continue to expand at pace, opening new clinics and setting industry-leading standards in patient care and compliance.
Role Overview
As a Compliance Administrator, you will report to the Head of Compliance and will play a vital role in ensuring our clinics operate at the highest regulatory standards. You will support practices remotely to maintain compliance, prepare for inspections, and embed safety and best practice across our locations. However, this isn't traditional box-ticking compliance. We're looking for someone who sees beyond routine processes, someone who can rethink what compliance can look like. You'll bring fresh ideas, work smart, and help build adaptive systems that support safe, effective care while keeping pace with a fast-growing, ever-evolving company.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Administration
- Conducting audits, creating policies, carrying out risk assessments, and ensuring data is collated and uploaded accurately to our compliance software system. Supporting practices with tasks to ensure they maintain compliance at a high level.
Training & Development
- Support clinic teams with clear, engaging training (both live and recorded), helping staff meet and maintain all compliance and CPD requirements. Ensuring new team members receive and complete their induction process and are correctly introduced to the compliance system.
Complaints and Incident Support
- Supporting the compliance team and practice teams with complaints, incidents and significant events, identifying any learnings and implementing them. Collating patient information for subject access requests in line with GDPR and Data Protection requirements.
Essential Requirements, Skills & Experience
A desire to be part of a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, bringing fresh thinking and smart, streamlined approaches to compliance.
A clinical background (e.g. Dental Nursing, Dental Practice Management or similar healthcare experience).
Solid experience in dental compliance, including audits and interactions with regulatory bodies such as the CQC, HIS, or HIW.
Strong communicator with the confidence to engage and educate clinic teams through various training formats.
Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, self-starting mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to research, then clearly interpret and present complex regulatory information.
Must be willing and flexible to occasionally travel to HQ in Warrington for any meetings or events.
If you are passionate about dental compliance and thrive in a dynamic, growing company, we'd love to hear from you!
