Vitruvian Dental Studio is a high end, luxury dental brand with branches in Leeds and Barnsley. We offer all treatments under one roof from same day smile makeovers to specialist orthodontics to new teeth in a day.
The role
We have recently finished a practice extension adding a brand new in house lab. Currently we 3d print and manufacture a high number of trays in house and are looking for someone to work alongside our clinical team, ensuring these are made to a high standard. We will provide training if needed and there is scope to develop further as we expand with our plan to offer in house 3d printed restorations and other 3d printed solutions.
Initially part time 3 days per week, fairly flexible with the days and hours with a scope to increase in the future as service offering grows if needed.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain 3D printing equipment to produce dental models and prosthetics.
Manufacture whitening trays/retainers/bite guards to a high standard
Collaborate with dentists to ensure accurate specifications are met.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all production activities.
Maintain organized records of production processes and outcomes.
The ideal applicant
Previous experience in a dental lab making models and trays, ideally with a sprintray 3d printing system
