We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Technician to join our expanding team ASAP. Apprenticeship and entry level technicians welcome to apply, GDC registered for entry level preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Dental Technician, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication of dental prosthetics and appliances, ensuring high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and construct dental prosthetics and appliances.
Follow dental prescriptions and communicate effectively with dentists.
Use CAD/CAM technology
Follow a digital work flow
Maintain clean and safe laboratory practices.
Ensure all work is delivered on schedule and to specification.
Requirements
A keen interest to learn to work with various dental materials (e.g., ceramics, acrylics, metal).
Knowledge of dental anatomy and technical terminology is preferred
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad) Preferred but not essential
Certification or relevant qualification in dental technology preferred but not essential
