We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic team. Duties

Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring that all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and ready for use. Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with health regulations and practice policies. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients to ensure continuity of care. Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of dental instruments and work areas in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Collaborate effectively with the dental team to optimise patient flow and enhance overall service delivery. Utilise IT systems for record keeping, appointment management, and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certification. Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and understanding. Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients and the dental team. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a busy environment. Familiarity with IT systems related to dental practice management is advantageous but not essential.
