Key Responsibilities: Making an Impact

Your main focus will be providing exceptional chairside support and maintaining clinical excellence. Key duties include:

Elite Chairside Support:

Assisting our clinicians with a diverse range of treatments, with a particular focus on Implant, Cosmetic, and complex Restorative procedures.

Safety & Compliance:

Maintaining the highest standards of cross-infection control and decontamination (CQC/HTM 01-05), ensuring a safe and pristine environment.

Surgery Management:

Efficiently preparing, stocking, and turning over spacious, modern surgeries.

Patient Advocacy:

Providing clear post-treatment advice, reassurance, and ensuring a calm, positive experience for every patient.

Administration:

Maintaining accurate digital patient records using our EXACT software.

We are looking for a Dental Nurse who is confident, caring, and keen to learn.

Essential Requirements:

GDC Registration

(This is non-negotiable). Proven experience as a Dental Nurse, ideally within a mixed or private environment. A naturally calm, caring, and professional communication style. Highly organised and reliable, with meticulous attention to detail regarding compliance and record-keeping.

Highly Desirable (We'll support you to achieve these if not):

Certificates or experience in Radiography, Impression Taking, or Sedation/Implant Nursing.
