The practice specialises in the latest orthodontic techniques, including fixed appliances and Invisalign.

Skills required for this role:
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Competent in delivering dental nurse duties and tasks.

Key task and responsibilities:
Providing chairside support for clinicians
Supporting patients undergoing treatment
Decontamination and maintaining high standards of cross-infection control
Meeting CQC standards as part of the team
Welcoming patients to the practice and ensuring a comfortable and relaxed environment is maintained.
Essential Qualifications:
. Must be a Qualified dental nurse
Must be GDC registered
Experience/ Qualifications Preferred:
Dental radiography
Orthodontic nurse experience
Experience in using digital intra-oral scanners, and clinical photography
Training will be provided for suitable candidates on intra oral scanning, clinical photography and radiography.
Hours:
Full time Mon - Friday (7.5 hours per day)
Late night Wednesday on a rota basis paid at time and a half (approx one every 3 weeks)
2 Saturdays per year on a rota basis 9am - 12pm

Salary dependent on skill set and experience
Fully funded GDC registration fees (pro rata), professional indemnity fees, dental radiography training, orthodontic nursing training, oral hygiene training.
10 hours fully funded annual CPD, practice CPD programme in place.

28 days annual holiday pro rata ( inclusive of bank holidays) plus an additional days holiday for each year of service up to a maximum of 33 days.
