We are seeking a highly driven, organised, and ambitious
Dental Nurse
to join our growing team as we expand across multiple sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, progression, and being part of a fast-moving, patient-focused environment.
Currently, our denture clinic is based in
Cirencester
, and our dental laboratory operates in
Swindon
. We are now preparing to open our next location in
Newbury
.
About the Role
The successful applicant will work across up to three locations, with the weekly structure including:
One day in Swindon
supporting clinical duties
One day in Newbury
once the site is operational
One day in the laboratory
, assisting with general lab tasks and receiving hands-on training in denture fabrication
An additional day dedicated to compliance and administrative duties
Our clinics currently provide
denture-related treatment only
, with significant opportunities for career development as we open new sites across the UK.
You will be provided with full training to carry out preliminary impressions for patients. Once trained, you'll be able to take impressions under the prescription of either a dentist or our Clinical Dental Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Practice Duties
Manage day-to-day running of the clinics, including patient appointments and workflow
Ensure all clinical spaces and the laboratory remain compliant with regulations
Support high standards of patient care and maintain a welcoming environment
Assist clinicians during appointments as required
Administrative, Compliance & Operational Tasks
Oversee appointment scheduling, billing, invoicing, and stock control
Maintain health & safety, infection control, and GDPR compliance
Handle patient enquiries and feedback professionally
Implement organisational policies and support operational efficiency
Contribute to the coordination of staff, supporting a positive and motivated team environment
Laboratory Duties
Assist with general dental laboratory tasks
Receive full training in denture processes and workflows
Support technicians to maintain efficiency and smooth day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise efficiently
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Experience in nursing, dental nursing, or a patient care role is advantageous
A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently
Confidence when liaising with patients and clinicians
Understanding of infection control, health & safety, and clinical compliance
