Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate, experienced ONLY Dental Nurse to join our dynamic, newly refurbished dental practice. We are mixed NHS and Private practice, offering wide range of dental services. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the dental team in delivering high-quality private services on Saturdays. As a Dental Nurse, you will be responsible for assisting during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a sterile environment.

Duties

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Sterilise instruments and manage infection control protocols to uphold the highest standards of hygiene within the practice. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care. Organize and maintain general tidiness in the surgery and good infection control. Assisting dentist during intra oral scanning, invisilgn and various other dental treatments.

Skills

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Proficiency in IT systems for managing patient records and scheduling appointments. Excellent organisational skills to maintain an efficient workflow within the practice. A commitment to providing high-quality patient care with a compassionate approach. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication within the practice. Taking iTero scans and navigating throughout the system, experience in working with invisilgn.
