We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will provide essential support to dentists during procedures, ensure patient comfort, and maintain the smooth operation of the clinic. Responsibilities

Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures by preparing instruments and materials. Ensure patient comfort and provide reassurance throughout treatments. Maintain high standards of infection control and sterilisation of dental tools and equipment. Prepare treatment rooms before appointments, ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Provide patients with post-treatment advice and instructions. Document patient information accurately in accordance with practice protocols. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Uphold health and safety standards within the clinic environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in patient care, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting. Good command of English, with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members. Basic knowledge of nursing principles relevant to dental care. Familiarity with IT systems used for record keeping and appointment management. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail. A caring attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Relevant qualifications in nursing or dental assistance are desirable but not essential for internship positions; training will be provided where necessary.

Pay: 13.50-15.00 per hour
