We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting the dental practitioners and ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care. Your responsibilities will include assisting during dental procedures, managing patient records, and providing excellent patient care. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong organisational skills and a passion for healthcare.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment before and after procedures. Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans and medical histories. Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and provide reassurance. Manage appointments and ensure that the dental practice runs smoothly. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and inventory management. Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Skills

Proficient in English with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members. Previous experience as a nurse or in a healthcare setting is advantageous. Strong patient care skills with an empathetic approach to handling patient concerns. IT proficiency for managing patient records and scheduling software. Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 14.00-18.00 per hour
