You will play a vital role in supporting clinicians, enhancing patient experience, and maintaining the exceptional standards The Dentalist is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Chairside assistance across a range of dental procedures Preparing, maintaining, and closing down surgeries to the highest standards Ensuring strict compliance with infection control and clinical governance Delivering a calm, professional, and reassuring experience for patients Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the practice Stock management and equipment care Working collaboratively with the wider team to uphold The Dentalist brand and values
Who We're Looking For

A qualified or trainee Dental Nurse (GDC registered or working towards) A strong work ethic with a proactive, positive mindset A genuine desire to learn, improve, and progress High attention to detail and pride in maintaining clinical standards Excellent communication and professionalism at all times Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
