We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist dentists during procedures, and ensure the smooth operation of daily clinic activities. Responsibilities

Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Prepare treatment rooms with appropriate instruments and materials prior to appointments. Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to patients. Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems and ensure confidentiality at all times. Support with sterilisation of instruments and maintaining a clean, organised clinical environment. Communicate effectively with patients, answering questions and alleviating concerns. Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the practice.

Experience

Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates. Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism. Good command of English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and team members. Basic IT skills for managing patient records and appointment systems. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with patients of all ages. Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
