In this pivotal role, you will support our dentists and specialists in delivering world-class care, ensuring every patient receives a seamless, comfortable, and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence:
Assist dentists and specialists across a wide range of advanced clinical procedures, ensuring surgeries are impeccably prepared with instruments, materials, and digital workflows ready for use.
5-Star Patient Experience:
Provide warm, attentive, and personalised patient care--guiding patients through their visits, anticipating their needs, and ensuring comfort at every stage of treatment.
Infection Control & Safety:
Uphold the highest standards of infection prevention, sterilisation, and clinical cleanliness in line with leading regulatory guidelines.
Clinical Organisation:
Maintain a meticulously organised, safe, and welcoming clinical environment that reflects a luxury healthcare setting.
Digital & Administrative Support:
Manage patient records accurately using modern digital systems, assist with appointment coordination, and support smooth clinical flow throughout the day.
Patient Education:
Provide clear and empathetic post-treatment guidance, reinforcing oral health habits and ensuring patients feel confident and well-cared for.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with our multidisciplinary team, contributing to a supportive, professional, and high-performance culture.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a dental setting as a qualified Nurse.
A warm, polished, and professional manner with a passion for delivering premium patient care.
Strong communication abilities both verbal and written.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Competence with IT systems and digital clinical records.
A proactive commitment to learning, growth, and clinical excellence.
Highly regarded additional qualifications:
Experience working alongside dental specialists (e.g., oral surgery, periodontics, orthodontics, implantology)
Radiation safety & CBCT/CT training
Sedation training and experience assisting with sedation cases
