We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Nurse with an interest in managerial responsibilities to join our friendly practice in Saltford. In this role, you will not only provide excellent patient care and support to our dental team but also have the opportunity to oversee nursing operations and contribute to the development of our practice.

Ideal Candidate:

- Qualified Dental Nurse with GDC registration
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Leadership potential with a keen interest in managerial tasks

- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Previous experience in a dental practice setting is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all health and safety protocols are followed
- Take responsibility for the organisation and cleanliness of the dental surgery
- Oversee and train junior dental staff, fostering a supportive learning environment
- Participate in practice meetings and contribute ideas for operational improvements
