Responsibilities



Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials prior to appointments Sterilise and maintain dental instruments in accordance with health and safety standards Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions, answering any queries they may have Record patient details accurately using IT systems, maintaining confidentiality at all times Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records Ensure the clinic maintains a clean, organised, and welcoming environment at all times Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless care delivery

Qualifications



Proven experience in patient care within a dental or healthcare setting is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal Basic IT skills for managing electronic health records and appointment scheduling Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure Knowledge of nursing principles relevant to dental care is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating professionalism and empathy towards patients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
