We are looking for qualified or trainee Dental Nurse to join our friendly lovely Dental Team!. You will play a vital role in supporting dentists for many types of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining high standards of clinical care. Responsibilities
Assist dentists during various dental procedures, including preparing instruments and materials.
Provide exceptional patient care by explaining treatments, addressing concerns, and ensuring comfort throughout appointments.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilising instruments and ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.
Maintain accurate patient records and update clinical notes efficiently using IT systems.
Support with infection control protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-up communications with patients.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.
Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the dental practice environment.
Experience
Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach to patient needs.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Basic IT skills for managing patient records and appointment systems efficiently.
Organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
