Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and treatments, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and available. Provide chairside support to enhance patient comfort and care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice protocols. Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns and providing information about procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sterile environment. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients. Utilise IT systems for record keeping, appointment management, and other administrative tasks. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proven ability to provide excellent patient care with a compassionate approach. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with IT systems used in dental practices is advantageous. A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and procedures.
