Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while assisting the dental team in delivering effective treatments.

Duties

Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Provide exceptional patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain accurate patient records and update information as required using practice management software. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sterile environment at all times. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients to enhance their experience. Support the dental team in administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.

Skills

Proficient in English with strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Demonstrated ability in providing patient care with empathy and professionalism. Highly organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Competent in IT systems related to dental practices, including electronic patient records and scheduling software. Previous experience as a Dental Nurse or in a Healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential.
