NEW OPPORTUNITY: Full or part-time position in Liverpool for a dental nurse. We are specifically looking for somebody with a fantastic work ethic, the ability to be assertive, work independently, show leadership and develop with the practice and the type of care being delivered. We are looking for a candidate who is able to take responsibility for some of the cutting-edge equipment and materials at the practice and focus on delivering an excellent patient experience and to support our senior management.
The existing practice (Liverpool) has recently been refurbished, decorated, rebranded and equipped. We are now offering dental implant treatment (including full arch implant surgery), short-term orthodontics, smile makeovers, digital dentistry and advanced surgery.
We have a fantastic motivated and loyal team to assist the right candidate to settle into the practice and can offer funded further courses to aid your personal growth and enhance your skills.
Training and development opportunities will be available. We have recently launched an exciting new website too! Your contract will include some exciting new bonus schemes and commission-based bonuses. Training will be fully provided, and there will be opportunities to undergo funded courses by the practice where applicable.
We would like a qualified dental nurse, with extremely high levels of motivation and desire to help develop the practice, and also a wide range of experience within the role previously. Mandatory CPD will be fully funded by the employer.
We provide mentoring for dental implantology and some basic digital dentistry. The selected candidate will share a passion for developing our staff and workers and will be given exciting leadership opportunities. We also offer overtime on evenings and will ask you to commit to one Saturday morning per month.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent patient care by assisting the dentist during procedures and ensuring patient comfort.
- Maintain a clean and organized dental environment to uphold hygiene standards.
- Utilize communication skills to interact with patients, colleagues, and suppliers effectively.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and patient records management.
- Continuously develop nursing skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Use IT skills for managing digital records and utilizing dental software efficiently.
