We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse/ Trainee Dental Nurse to join our dental practice. Responsibilities

Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety Prepare treatment rooms by sterilising instruments and setting up necessary equipment Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to patients Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols Support patients with their queries, providing clear communication and reassurance throughout their visit Manage appointment schedules efficiently, organising patient flow and reducing waiting times Assist with administrative tasks such as updating patient information and managing stock levels of dental supplies

Experience

Qualified dental nurses with GDC Registration Previous experience in a dental practice Dental trainee nurses currently enrolled on dental nursing course with 6-9 months experience Good understanding of patient care principles and nursing practices Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members Basic IT skills for managing electronic health records and scheduling systems Strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
