We're committed to providing comprehensive training and mentoring throughout your Apprenticeship, through which you'll achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing.

Rate of pay - Apprentice rate of pay during Apprenticeship training. Competitive rates 13+ for qualified team members.

Hours negotiable. May include Saturdays.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Welcoming and caring for patients, providing an excellent patient experience. Providing chair-side support to dentists. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control. Ensuring the dental surgery is set up with the equipment and materials needed for treatment. Organising and stocking the dental surgery. Setting up the decontamination of instruments. Supporting the clinical team as needed. Maintaining stock and ordering supplies. Assisting with lab tasks as needed. Assisting with front office tasks as needed.
You will need to be able to demonstrate:

Excellent standards of patient care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. Excellent communication and teamwork skills and a friendly and positive attitude. Being highly motivated and eager to learn. Being organised and able to plan and complete work efficiently and effectively. Good computer literacy.

For dental nurses keen to further their scope of practice, there may be opportunity to join our wider team of dental nurses with extra qualifications to perform intra-oral scans, surgical assisting, treatment coordination, phlebotomy and many other advanced procedures.

Pay: 7.55-13.00 per hour
