Role Overview:
As a qualified dental nurse at Smiles, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dentists and ensuring the smooth operation of the practice. You will be responsible for assisting with a variety of dental procedures, managing patient records, and providing exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare and maintain the dental surgery, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked
- Take patient medical histories and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide excellent patient care and support, addressing any questions or concerns
- Carry out administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and billing
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and infection control protocols
- Assist with the supervision and training of junior staff and trainees

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid GDC registration as a dental nurse
- Previous experience in a dental practice is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- A passion for providing exceptional patient care, organisation with a positive attitude to create team cohesion
