Clover Dental & Implant Centre is located in North Baddesley Southampton. We are a fully Private Practice established over 32 years ago. We are a state of the art technology based Dental Practice providing Cerec Same Day Crowns & Bridges, Dental Implants, Facial Aesthetics, Invisalign, Suresmile, Routine Dental Care & Hygiene Treatments.

Currently seeking qualified or Trainee Dental Nurses to join our team. The successful candidates will have a passion for dentistry and a desire to provide exceptional care to our patients

Training & Development Opportunities:



We have partnered with Extreme Business Academy led by Chris Barrow - Leading Dental Business Coach to deliver Training and development for our support team. These trainings includes

Mentorship Front of House Training Treatment Coordination Training

Salary:

12.00 - 14.50ph

Hours:

44.5 FT or 35.5 PT

Monday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Thursday 8:00am to 6:00pm
Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm

One Saturday a month: 8:45am to 3:45pm

1 hour unpaid lunch break each day

Key responsibilities of the role include:



Providing chairside assistance to the dentist during a range of dental procedures, including check-ups, fillings, extractions, and implants Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment, ensuring a clean and safe clinical environment Assisting with the administration of local anesthetic and sedation, as required Maintaining accurate patient records and updating digital systems Greeting patients, answering calls, and managing the appointment book Selling Plans and other treatments Processing payments accurately and dealing with patient queries Undertaking daily stock checks and ordering supplies as necessary

The successful candidate will have:



A recognized dental nursing qualification or proof of enrolment on a recognised dental nursing training course At least 6 months experience working as a dental nurse in a clinical setting Strong reception and administrative skills, with experience using digital dental systems and software Dentally Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively A friendly, positive, and proactive approach to their work
