We are working with a prestigious, award winning, private dental practice who are seeking a dedicated and organised Dental Nurse/Treatment Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between patients and the clinical team, ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and patient care coordination. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service as our Front of House when needed, making patients feel warmly welcomed
Ensure lab work is ordered, arriving on time and suitable for patient needs
Coordinate appointments, follow-up visits, and treatment schedules efficiently using organisational tools and IT systems
Assist patients with understanding their treatment options, ensuring clear communication in English
Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
Collaborate closely with dental or medical practitioners to facilitate seamless patient care delivery
Support administrative tasks such as billing, insurance processing, and documentation management
Provide exceptional patient care by demonstrating excellent communication skills and organisational abilities
Perform intra-oral scans and uploaded cases
Manage Decontamination whilst your fellow nurses are in surgery to help improve workflows

Skills
Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach to patient interactions
GDC registration
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Knowledge of dental nursing principles is necessary
Work with Clear aligners, orthodontics and or composite bonding is advantageous
Radiography would be desirable, and warrants additional compensation
Proficiency in IT systems for scheduling, record keeping, and communication purposes
Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
Outstanding interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members
Ability to work independently whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
