Spring Grove Clinic, has been bought over and we are looking to add to our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality dental care in a friendly and professional environment. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while assisting the dentist during various procedures. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment. The candidate must also have a desire to grow their clinical skills in dentistry as the position will give them the opportunity to be part of the latest in digital/surgical/restorative dentistry.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Ensure that the dental surgery is clean, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Support the dental team in achieving practice goals and maintaining a positive atmosphere. Take part in training to grow your clinical skills within your scope of practice

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred but not essential; trainee or newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with dental software systems is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients. A proactive approach to learning and professional development within the dental field.
