We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice.
Guilden Sutton Dental Practice is a long established family friendly dental practice based in the leafy village of Guilden Sutton in Chester.
We are a team of highly talented individuals who believe in exceptional patient experience in a modern and relaxed environment and are committed to the highest standard of patient care.
We off a range of treatment including routine dental care along with Oral Surgery, Implants, Sedation, Cosmetic Dentistry and Facial Aesthetics.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in managing teams within a healthcare setting. This role involves ensuring the practice runs smoothly, providing excellent patient care, and maintaining financial health.
Duties
Supervise and manage the dental practice staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Oversee human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance management of team members.
Implement and maintain efficient operational procedures to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
Manage financial aspects of the practice including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards within the dental industry.
Coordinate with dental professionals to facilitate effective patient care and treatment plans.
Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
Occasionally stepping in to support on reception or in a treatment coordinator capacity.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a dental or veterinary practice is preferred.
Strong understanding of human resources management principles and practices.
Excellent financial management skills with experience in budgeting and accounting practices.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on customer service.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams while leading by example.
