Summary

We are seeking a Dental Practice Manager/TCO to join our team at Byways Dental Practice. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and maintaining financial health. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding dental care.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the dental practice to ensure efficiency and quality service. Manage human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement financial management strategies to maintain profitability. Supervise staff members, fostering a positive work environment and team collaboration. Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards within the practice. Coordinate patient scheduling and manage patient flow effectively.

Requirements

Experience in a managerial role within a healthcare or dental setting is preferred. Strong human resources management skills with experience in supervising teams. GDC registered dental nurse preferable Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for interacting with staff and patients.
