We are seeking a Dental Practice Manager to join our team at Gentle Dental Care Droitwich. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficient management and exceptional patient care. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the dental practice to ensure smooth functioning. Manage human resources, including hiring, training, and supervising staff. Implement financial management strategies to maintain profitability. Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards. Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and staff. Coordinate schedules and manage patient flow effectively. Handle administrative tasks including budgeting, reporting, and inventory management.

Requirements

Proven experience in practice management or similar role within healthcare. Strong human resources knowledge with experience in staff supervision. Excellent financial management skills with a focus on budgeting and profitability. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
