Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in human resources and financial management. This role is crucial in ensuring that our practice runs efficiently while providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities



Supervise and manage the dental team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff members. Manage financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable to ensure the practice's profitability. Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and compliance with industry regulations. Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure optimal patient flow throughout the practice. Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels of dental supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to avoid shortages. Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to all patients.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a managerial role within a dental practice is preferred. Strong skills in human resources management, including staff supervision and development. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team while fostering a positive workplace culture.
