Overview

We are seeking an

experienced Dental Practice Manager

to join our friendly and well-established dental practice on a

part-time basis (2 days per week)

.

This is an on-site position based in

Surrey Quays dental practice

in London. As a vital member of our dental team, you will help maintain the highest standards of patient care while providing essential support to both clinicians and patients. The practice has good transport links, 3 mins walk from Surrey Quays station, 12 mins walk from Canada Water station.

Flexible

working pattern/days

Hourly rate 15 to 17 based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Full management and monitoring of the

NHS dental contract

, including UDA performance and compliance Overseeing and maintaining

CQC compliance

, inspections, and ongoing governance Supporting the clinical and reception teams with day-to-day practice operations Staff management, rotas, HR support, and performance management Ensuring policies, procedures, and audits are up to date Maintaining high standards of patient care and customer service

Essential Requirements

Proven experience as a

Dental Practice Manager

Strong working knowledge of

NHS dental contracts

Demonstrable experience with

CQC compliance and inspections

Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to work independently and proactively Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Confident using computer systems and practice software Professional, reliable, and friendly manner
