Duties
Oversee daily operations of the dental practice to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage financial aspects including budgeting, billing, and accounting practices.
Supervise and support staff, providing guidance and training to enhance performance.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve practice operations.
Coordinate human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and staff evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards within the practice.
Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to maintain necessary supplies and equipment.
