About Us:

Glow Dentistry is a boutique, high-end private dental practice based in Hampstead. We're known for combining clinical excellence with a warm, patient-first experience and a modern, digital approach. We are now looking for an exceptional individual to join our front-of-house team in a hybrid role that combines outstanding patient care with marketing and social media skills.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for someone who loves engaging with people and also enjoys the creative side of digital marketing. You'll be based at the front desk, making sure every patient feels welcomed and cared for, while also helping us grow our online presence and patient base.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth Manage appointments, calls, emails, DMs, payments, and reminders Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations Create and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Monitor and respond to social media messages and reviews Support email marketing, promotional materials, and occasional events Help track social media performance and suggest improvements Stay informed on dental and social media trends for content ideas Assist with improvements to patient journey and internal systems

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, warm, and highly professional front-of-house presence Creative mindset and strong attention to detail Comfortable using tools like Instagram, Canva, email platforms, etc. Organised, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently A genuine interest in patient care and brand growth

Bonus (but not required):

Experience in dental, healthcare, hospitality, or beauty settings Familiarity with dental software (SOE/Exact), Meta Business Suite, or basic video editing Previous social media experience or content portfolio

Hours:

Full-time preferred (approx. 38-42 hours/week) Part-time considered for the right candidate
