About the Role:



We are looking for a motivated and creative

Front of House Digital Marketing Manager

to be the face of our brand both online and at the front desk. This hybrid role blends customer-facing front-of-house responsibilities with digital marketing strategy and execution. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming in-person experience while also driving online engagement, promoting our services, and growing our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:



Front of House:



Greet and assist customers with bookings, enquiries, and general information in a friendly and professional manner. Manage reception duties including check-ins, phone calls, emails, and maintaining a tidy and welcoming front desk area. Support daily operations and ensure a smooth customer experience on-site.

Digital Marketing:



Plan and execute engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Manage and update the website with current events, schedules, offers, and announcements. Create and send email newsletters to keep customers informed and engaged. Capture and edit photos/videos during sessions or events for digital use. Monitor and respond to online enquiries, reviews, and messages in a timely, brand-aligned manner. Track and report on social media, website, and email campaign performance, using insights to guide improvements.

Skills & Requirements:



Experience in customer service, reception, or front-of-house roles. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email platforms, Canva, etc.). Comfortable creating content (photos, videos, graphics) and engaging with audiences online. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised and able to multitask between in-person and digital responsibilities. Proactive, creative, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:



Experience in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry. Basic graphic design or video editing skills. Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., Wix, Squarespace, WordPress).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,523.49-30,000.00 per year
