We're Expanding! - Dental Receptionist Opportunity (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Hours:

40 hours per week (including alternate Saturdays) / Part-time will be considered

Zental is growing, and we're looking for anexperienced Dental Receptionist to join our 100% private boutique dental practice in Bletchley. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, patient-focused environment alongside a highly skilled, supportive team.

About the Role

As a key member of the front-of-house team, you will be thefirst point of contact for our patients -- setting the tone for their experience. You'll provide a warm, professional, and efficient service that reflects the values of our boutique practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage patient queries and appointments efficiently and warmly Support practice operations through invoicing, deliveries, and admin Communicate effectively with the team and management Participate in regular meetings and contribute to practice improvements Maintain accurate records and patient information Handle payments in line with practice policies Support marketing and data collection for treatment outcomes

About You

We're looking for someone friendly, confident, and proactive -- with a genuine passion for providing outstanding patient care.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience as a dental receptionist Previous experience in a private dental setting (advantageous) Excellent spoken and written English Background in administration or high-end customer service Strong IT skills and confident using MS Excel Great multitasker with strong attention to detail Able to work independently and make sound decisions Professional, well-presented, and a team player
