We're on the lookout for a friendly and caring

Dental Receptionist

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting patients with a warm smile and helping them feel at ease Managing appointment bookings and keeping the day running smoothly Answering calls and assisting patients with their questions Processing payments and maintaining accurate records Being an important part of a team that genuinely cares for patients and each other

A Little About You:

You have a friendly, approachable personality and enjoy helping others You're organised and confident using computers Experience in a reception or customer service role (dental/medical a bonus, but not essential) Most importantly, you're a team player with a positive attitude
