We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dental Receptionist (

ideally

a Qualified Dental Nurse ) to join our team at 406 Dental in Prestwich, initially on a 10 month contract covering maternity,

with the potential of becoming a long term member of the team on a permanent basis.

Our practice offers Private and Specialist Dental treatment to suit all our patient's needs. We are looking for the perfect addition to our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all patients and will welcome everyone in a warm and friendly demeanour, with the dental knowledge needed to support our patients and providing first class customer service. You should have a positive attitude, good work ethic and enjoy working as part of a team. You will follow the practice procedures to deliver an outstanding patient journey.

Comprehensive Care

: We offer a wide array of services, including cosmetic & restorative dentistry, endodontics, implants, facial aesthetics, digital dentistry (including Itero scanner), and more.

Job Role:

Meet and Greet all patients in a professional manner Register new patients Set up Practice Plan and Finance applications Book dental and hygiene appointments Send appointment reminders and recalls Update patient records Collect and record patient payments and deposits Liaise with dental laboratories and other partners Deal with patient enquiries, on the phone, by email and on social media Obtain in house patient feed back via Google reviews Contacting Marketing leads for Invisalign, Whitening and Composite bonding Keep the office, reception area clean and tidy Potential to help out as Dental Nurse role in surgery if required
Experience:

Dental Nurse Qualification is desired Experience and Knowledge discussing Cosmetic treatment options and prices such as Invisalign, Tooth Whitening, Composite bonding and Veneers is desired but not essential Experience of SOE (software of excellence) is desired
