We are looking for a highly skilled receptionist for our private dental practice based in Central Birmingham.
The receptionist will be an essential part of our patient's journey as they will represent our practice and will be the first point of contact for our patients. Therefore we are looking for someone who is well-presented, well-spoken and can deal with patients in a courteous and professional manner. A professional telephone manner is also essential in this role as you will be dealing with both patients and fellow professionals over the phone. You will also assist in general admin duties as directed by the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Our ideal candidate would be available to work full-time over 5 days; 8.30am to 5.30pm, with some additional hours until 7pm on Monday and Tuesday. There may also be one Saturday a month. Experience within the medical sector is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
We operate an in-house bonus scheme and this can be offered to the right candidate.
