We are looking for an experienced

Dental Receptionist

to join our award-winning practice and support our team of general dentists and specialists. Guildhall Dental is a well-established family practice in the Bury St Edmunds' community that has been serving the needs of patients in East Anglia for more than 80 years.

The practice mainly specialises in Oral Surgery and Endodontics; however, we also provide Implant, Orthodontic, Prosthodontic/Restorative services in addition to general family dental care.

Salary: 12.50 per hour depending upon experience

Hours:

Part-time

You will have previous front of house Dental Reception experience. Specifically experience in call handling You will be motivated, approachable, organised with excellent communication skills Warm and friendly demeanour, providing a professional and welcoming experience for all patients and visitors Excellent command of English language, both verbal and written Flexible; will be required to work minimum 1 Saturday a month and may be required to work late/ early starts as per the practice requirements Highly proficient in SOE Exact and all common Microsoft packages Someone who is very hard working and potentially looking to progress Confident interacting with specialists and wider team Ideally possess clinical knowledge/ have a dental nurse background
