The Role

As our new Dental Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of the practice -- creating a great first impression and helping our patients feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. This is a varied and rewarding role, perfect for someone who thrives on delivering excellent service and managing multiple priorities with ease.

No previous dental experience is necessary, we welcome applicants from hospitality, retail, or other customer-focused sectors who can bring warmth, discretion, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Patient Interaction

Greet patients warmly and provide a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Answer phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries with professionalism. Schedule and manage patient appointments with accuracy and efficiency.

Administrative Support

Maintain dentist schedules and manage appointment flows. Assist with compliance documentation (including CQC tasks). Oversee stock levels for oral hygiene products. Sort and distribute incoming post.

Finance & Payments

Process payments and issue receipts. Support patients with dental finance applications (e.g. via Tabeo).

What We're Looking For

A friendly, polished communicator with a passion for outstanding service. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. Confident using IT systems (experience with Dentally is a plus, training provided). A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive mindset. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Candidates from luxury hospitality or high-end customer service roles are especially encouraged to apply.
